Wallace Dillard has worked in the Houston Construction market since 1958, beginning his career with general contractor P.G. Bell, working on large-scale commercial projects including schools, hospitals, industrial facilities, and public works. In the late 1970’s, he was General Superintendent for E.B. Roberts, overseeing projects totaling $35 million annually.
In 1980, Mr. Dillard went into business as the general partner of Sea Turtle, Inc. which specialized in off-shore and petroleum industry work, and has subsequently been the principal in D.K. Structures, Dillard & Weaver Construction, WMD Design Group, and W.M. Dillard & Associates.
Mr. Dillard has a formidable breadth of experience in commercial and industrial construction, and is intimately involved in the daily operations of the company. He is involved from design through construction, and brings to each project a solid grasp on issues of constructability, budgetary constraint, and quality, on-time performance. |
